Offsite events require an extra level of TLC. As each event is unique, we quote on a case-by-case basis.

In order to give you an M-Events experience that blows you away and keeps the guests talking for years to come, we recommend starting with a budget of minimum $150 per head.

Events Managment

M-Events will provide you withan Event Manager who will exclusively lookafter your party.

The Event Manager will cover:-

Initial planning
Menu and concept design
One on site meeting
Idea development
Following all details through to event day

Staff

M-Events prides itself on the quality of staff that we employ. They are all fully trained in providing the best service possible and are qualified in food handling techniques and RSA where applicable.

Each event will require a Floor and Catering Supervisor to coordinate the food and beverage service, plus additional floor and catering staff for the number of guests attending your event. Staff requirements will be dependent upon function location, duration, level of set-up required, final guest numbers and menu selection.


Staffing Ratio

Wait Staff Ratio 1:10 + 1 supervisor
Catering Staff Ratio 1:20 + 1 supervisor

Supervisors are charged at $59.00 per hour, and other staff at $57.00 per hour, each with a four hour minimum. Sunday and Public Holiday rates apply. Staff rates include GST, superannuation and work care entitlements as well as all uniform and insurance expenses.

How do I request a quote or estimate for my event?

Easy-peasy! Head over to our website and hit us up with your event deets, or give us a ring. We'll crunch the numbers while you sit back and dream about your feast.

Do you offer tastings?

You betcha! Come on over for a tasting adventure. It's like a mini food carnival in your mouth. We promise you'll leave with a happy tummy and a big grin.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

How far in advance should I book your services?

Our calendar can be crazier than a squirrel on a caffeine high, so book early! The sooner you lock in your date, the better chance you have of snagging it.

Can you assist with event planning and coordination?

We're like the wingman of the catering world. If you need help finding that perfect DJ or a magician to dazzle your guests, we've got the hook up.

What is your payment schedule and method?

We're pretty flexible, like a gymnast doing yoga. We'll chat about payment when we chat about your event. Credit cards, checks, or even pirate gold – we take it all!

How do you handle food safety and hygiene?

We're OCD about food safety. Our kitchen is cleaner than your grandma's living room. Rest assured, your eats are in good hands.

Are there any additional fees or hidden charges?

Nope, we don't play hide and seek with your money. Any extra fees, like delivery or taxes, will be right there in black and white. No surprises!

Can I customize the menu for my event?

Absolutely! We're the Picasso of catering. Let's get creative together and craft a menu that'll leave your taste buds doing the cha-cha.

Do you provide alcohol and beverage services?

Cheers to that! We can mix up some killer cocktails or simply keep the soda flowing. Just let us know what you're thirsty for!

What is the minimum and maximum guest count you can accommodate?

We're like the Goldilocks of catering – not too big, not too small, just right. We'll help you figure out the perfect guest count for your party.

Do you have insurance and licenses?

 You bet your bottom dollar! We're fully legit and insured. So, party on, worry-free!

What is your policy on leftover food?

Leftovers? We call that "next-day deliciousness! "We'll happily package up the goodies for you to enjoy round two.

Can you provide references or testimonials from past clients?

How early will your team arrive for setup?
