Staff
M-Events prides itself on the quality of staff that we employ. They are all fully trained in providing the best service possible and are qualified in food handling techniques and RSA where applicable.
Each event will require a Floor and Catering Supervisor to coordinate the food and beverage service, plus additional floor and catering staff for the number of guests attending your event. Staff requirements will be dependent upon function location, duration, level of set-up required, final guest numbers and menu selection.
Staffing Ratio
Wait Staff Ratio 1:10 + 1 supervisor
Catering Staff Ratio 1:20 + 1 supervisor
Supervisors are charged at $59.00 per hour, and other staff at $57.00 per hour, each with a four hour minimum. Sunday and Public Holiday rates apply. Staff rates include GST, superannuation and work care entitlements as well as all uniform and insurance expenses.
